Tralee Town Council's Commitment to Accessibility
Tralee Town Council is committed to mainstreaming all our services. This means that our goal is that every Department will ensure that the services they provide and manage are accessible to the whole community and that persons of all abilities can access services at the same point and in the same way.
At Tralee Town Council, we are aware that even when we have done everything possible to make our services accessible, that this alone will not ensure that every person can access our services. We therefore have an Access Officer and an Inquiry Officer who individuals can contact if they need specific support or to whom they can address issues they encounter when accessing services.
