Welcome to Tralee Town Council’s Housing Service.  With a housing stock of 1,166 we endeavour to provide a comprehensive range of services to all our tenants.

Services include:
• Allocation of Houses – Applying for a Council Home

• Housing Maintenance & Repair
• Estate Management
• Affordable Housing
• Mitchel/Boherbee Community Regeneration Project

A tenants handbook has been produced by the four Kerry Local Authorities and sets out to answer various questions which tenants may have in relation to matters such as rent calculation, methods of payment, repair and maintenance etc. Copies of the ‘tenants handbook’ is available in the offices of Tralee Town Council.
