Tralee Town council is responsible for the effective management of the council’s housing stock. We aim to provide an efficient, friendly and accessible housing service that reflects the needs of our tenants.
Our Housing Liaison Officer and Tenancy Enforcement Officer work with tenants to deal with tenancy matters and also supports the establishment and ongoing work of resident associations within our estates.
In order to promote good estate management within our estates, Tralee Town Council has adopted an Anti-Social Behaviour Policy. The overall aim of this Policy is to investigate all complaints fairly, impartially and objectively received from our tenants who are victims of anti-social behaviour, and to work towards the elimination of anti-social behaviour in all our estates.
