Refuse Collection Changeover

Following a fundamental review of Tralee Town Council’s Refuse Collection Service, it has been decided to exit the Refuse Collection Service.

As a result of this decision, a contract has been signed with Killarney firm KWD Recycling for the sale of the Council Refuse Collection Service. This will take effect from December 5th 2011.

From December 5th, 2011, all customers of Tralee Town Council’s Refuse Collection Service will have their bins collected by KWD Recycling. All staff involved in the Refuse Collection Service will be redeployed across the organisation.
